This project aimed to create packaging with a vibrant and energetic visual language, tailored to the youthful and active spirit of the target audience. A bold and legible logotype, paired with lively color schemes inspired by fruit flavors, helps establish a quick and engaging connection with the consumer
Direct illustrations of the main flavors and the thoughtful use of fruit-based colors, combined with a creative layout, evoke a pleasant and flavorful experience in the viewer’s mind—even before tasting the product.
This project focused on creating a hyper-realistic 3D model of Buffer wafers, designed with meticulous attention to detail and quality. From the crisp texture of the outer biscuit to the rich, layered filling inside, every element was crafted to closely resemble the real product and instantly convey a sense of flavor and quality.
One of the key highlights is the depiction of the wafer breaking mid-air—an intentional visual that draws attention to the soft, flavorful interior and its layered structure. This 3D representation not only serves as an eye-catching promotional asset but also builds visual trust in the authenticity and richness of the product.
The logotype design for this product plays a crucial role in defining its visual identity. The core challenge was integrating a two-dimensional wafer texture seamlessly into the lettering—a task our creative team approached with innovation and precision.
The bold letterforms, softened with playful rounded edges, evoke a friendly and approachable personality. This typographic style not only reflects the texture of the product itself but also extends the brand’s informal and welcoming tone, making the logo a natural extension of the product’s essence.
One of the key aspects of successful food packaging is maintaining a consistent design template across the product line, while clearly distinguishing each individual item. In Buffer’s wafer collection, we addressed this by using a color palette inspired by the main fruit flavor of each variant—creating immediate visual recognition.
To enhance the realism, we created detailed 3D models of each wafer flavor and featured them prominently on the packaging, offering customers a visual experience that closely mirrors the real product and supports confident purchasing decisions.
